Safety & Security
Ensuring the safety of our children is a top priority in our center. Therefore, we conduct daily safety inspections both inside and outside the center to prevent any injuries. In case of a minor injury, a trained caregiver will administer first aid, and you will receive an incident report detailing the incident and the course of action taken. If the injury requires medical attention or produces swelling, we will contact you immediately. Each classroom is equipped with a first aid kit that meets state regulations. For minor injuries, incidents will be publishes on your child’s Brightwheel account as a less formal documentation.
To ensure the safety of both children and staff, we have set up at least two cameras in each classroom, gym, and common area. These cameras are for internal purposes only, and we respect the privacy of all children, staff members, and parents. Additionally, all doors exiting the building are always locked, and to enter or exit the building, teachers, parents, or authorized drop-off persons must use the front door with our keypad and doorbell. We kindly ask that you do not hold the door for any individuals to ensure the safety of our families and staff.

Cleanliness
At C&M Play Studio, your safety is our top priority. That's why we have partnered with Bactronix, a hospital-grade disinfectant spray that is registered with the EPA. This spray is specifically formulated to kill 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, and contaminants. With years of research and science behind it, Bactronix is highly effective in preventing the growth of bacteria over time and can block harmful germs for up to a month.
We also use Force of Nature, an EPA List N disinfectant and sanitizer, to clean everyday surfaces. This product is scientifically proven to kill 99.9% of germs and is on the EPA's list of disinfectants that can be used against SARS-CoV-2 - the virus responsible for COVID-19. Force of Nature is a unique appliance that turns tap water, a capsule of salt, water, and vinegar into Hypochlorous Acid, which is then used to clean and disinfect.
